e. Any designs users upload are used solely to generate code tailored to users' project requirements. We do not employ user design data for any internal usage. We handle design data consistently across all subscription types, ensuring the confidentiality of your creative assets. We guarantee that your data is treated with the utmost respect, care, and confidentiality.

a. We do not disclose your personal information to any third party in a manner that would be considered a sale under applicable laws.

All personal information collected by DhiWise through the Services are stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by Amazon Web Services. DhiWise has a data processing agreement in place with its providers, ensuring compliance with the GDPR and all applicable regulations. All hosting is performed in accordance with industry-standard security controls. All transfers of data from the EEA are done in accordance with regulations.

We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our companies, our Services, our data collection, use and practices. Our use of the personal information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such personal information is used.
