Key Responsibilities:
- Write and Maintain Documentation: Create, edit, and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the UI/UX team, developers, and product managers to gather information, clarify details, and ensure the quality and relevance of documentation.
- Manage Documentation Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end process of drafting, reviewing, and publishing documentation.
- Ensure Consistency and Clarity: Use a consistent voice and style in all documentation, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and usability.
- Enhance User Understanding: Create documentation that helps users grasp technical and non-technical aspects of the product, including architectural decisions, business logic, and rules.
- Stay Updated on Product Changes: Regularly update documentation in response to product changes, releases, and feedback from users and internal teams.
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following:
- 1.5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio of user guides, knowledge base content, or similar documentation.
- Proficiency in Markdown; familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Excellent Writing and Editing Skills: Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and create high-quality documentation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Interest in SaaS and AI: Eagerness to learn and document complex AI-driven products.

Salary Range:
INR 3,60,000 to INR 7,20,000 per year
Purpose:
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality product documentation, including user guides and knowledge bases.
